De Annex bij deze Resolutie voorziet in richtlijnen inzake justitie waarbij kind-slachtoffers en -getuigen van misdaden betrokken zijn. Het document begint met een uiteenzetting van de doelen en bijzondere afwegingen. Daarna gaat het verder met beginselen en definities. De volgende stukken behandelen het recht om eervol en met medeleven behandeld te worden, het recht om beschermd te worden tegen discriminatie, het recht om geïnformeerd te worden, het recht om gehoord te worden en om inzichten en zorgen uit te drukken, het recht op effectieve ondersteuning, het recht op privacy, het recht om geen gebrek te moeten lijden tijdens de wettelijke procedure, het recht op veiligheid, het recht op schadevergoeding, het recht op bijzondere preventieve maatregelen, en implementatie. |
