In het besluit worden een aantal bepalingen uit het decreet inzake een vernieuwd jeugd- en kinderrechtenbeleid verder uitgewerkt, zoals:
- de procedure die verenigingen moeten volgen voor het aanvragen van een erkenning als landelijk georganiseerde jeugdvereniging, vereniging informatie en participatie of cultuureducatieve vereniging
- de procedure voor de beoordeling van de beleidsnota’s van verenigingen die een aanvullende subsidie willen krijgen
- de procedure voor de subsidiëring van politieke jongerenorganisaties
- de procedure voor de beoordeling van de beleidsnota’s van de zogenaamde bovenbouwverenigingen
- de procedure voor de beoordeling van projectaanvragen
- bepalingen omtrent de samenstelling en werking van de adviescommissies |

In this decision, some of the provisions of the decree on a renewed youth and children's rights policy are elaborated further, such as:
- the procedures to be followed by youth associations when they request the acknowledgement as a nationally organized youth association, an information for information and participation, or an association for cultural education,
- the procedure for the evaluation of policy notes by associations requesting additional funding,
- the procedure for the subsidization of political youth organizations,
- the procedure from the evaluation of the policy notes of the so called “superstructure associations”
- the procedure for the evaluation of project requests
- provisions on the composition and working of the advisory commissions |
