Dit vernieuwde actieplan inzake terugkeer is gericht tot de lidstaten, de instellingen en agentschappen van de Europese Unie om
aanzienlijke verbetering van de terugkeercijfers te verbeteren. Dit geeft ook een hernieuwde toezegging om de uitvoering van het Actieplan 2015 af te ronden en zal zorgen voor meetbare resultaten op het gebied van de preventie van illegale migratie en de terugkeer van illegale migranten,
inclusief kinderen.
Het doel van de Commissie is het terugkeersysteem voor migranten doeltreffender te maken, rekening houdend met het belang van de kind en de speciale behoeften van kwetsbare personen. Het herinnert eraan dat maatregelen die worden genomen, de eenheid van het gezin moeten respecteren, de belangen van het kind en de bijzondere behoeften van kwetsbare personen. |
| Summary: |
This Renewed Action Plan on Return with additional focussed actions to be implemented in parallel to the ongoing actions launched under the existing Action Plan is addressed to Member States, European Union Institutions and Agencies to substantially improve return rates. This also gives a renewed commitment to finalise the implementation of the 2015 Action Plan and will ensure measurable results in terms of preventing irregular migration and returning irregular migrants, including children.
The aim of the Commission is to make the return system of migrants more effective, considering best interests of the
child and the special needs of vulnerable persons. It reminds that measures that are taken have to respect family unity,
the best interests of the child and the special needs of vulnerable persons. |
