Deze aanbeveling moet gesitueerd worden in de context van respect voor en implementatie van de rechten van het kind. Lidstaten wordt aangeraden positief ouderschap te stimuleren, op vrijwillige basis en in dialoog met de ouders. Een aantal belangrijke kwesties in verband met positief ouderschap en geweldloze opvoeding worden aangebracht, met een bijzondere nadruk op het recht van ouders om door de Staat te worden ondersteund in het uitvoeren van hun ouderlijke taken. |
| Summary: |
This recommendation can be situated in the context of respect for and implementation of children’s rights. Member States are encouraged to stimulate and support positive parenting, on a voluntary basis and in dialogue with the parents. A number of core issues related to positive parenting and non-violent upbringing are addressed, with particular emphasis on parents' entitlement to support from the State in carrying out their parental tasks. |
