In deze aanbeveling vraagt het Comité van Ministers de lidstaten die dit nog niet gedaan hebben op te roepen om hun wetgeving met betrekking tot het onderhouden van het kind in overeenstemming te brengen met de beginselen die door PACE werden aangenomen en gedefinieerd werden in de Appendix van deze aanbeveling. |

In this Recommendation, PACE asks the Committee of Ministers to call on those governments of member states which have not already done so to bring their legislation regarding child maintenances into line with the principles approved by the Assembly and defined in the Appendix to this recommendation.
