In deze aanbeveling vraagt PACE het Comité van Ministers een beroep te doen op de lidstaten om bij het opstellen van hun beleid voor de bestrijding van de jeugdwerkloosheid rekening te houden met de volgende aspecten: een beleid van groei, flexibiliteit, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel van lokale overheden, werkgelegenheid en training contracten, bijzondere inspanningen voor vormen van training die afgestemd zijn op de behoeften van jonge migranten, een erkende status voor jongeren in opleiding, acties van NGO’s, de ondersteuning van jongereninitiatieven om ondernemingen te creëren, en de dialoog met jongeren. |
| Summary: |
In this Recommendation, PACE asks the Committee of Ministers to call on the governments of member states to have regard to the following aspects in drawing up their policies for combating youth unemployment: a policy of growth, flexibility, making local authorities feel more responsible, employment-training contracts, special efforts to devise forms of training suited to the needs of young migrants, recognized status for young people undergoing training, action by NGOs, support for young people’s initiatives to create enterprises, and dialogue with young people.
