De Parlementaire Vergadering raadt het Comité van Ministers aan om de Stuurgroep voor Onderwijsbeleid en –praktijk, in samenwerking met de Europese Stuurgroep voor Jeugd en de Adviesraad inzake Jeugd aan te sporen om verscheidene maatregelen te nemen op het vlak van onderwijs. De Vergadering raadt ook aan dat het Comité aan de Gemeenschappelijke Raad inzake Jeugd vraagt om beleidsmaatregelen te ontwikkelen die gericht zijn op het verlagen van het risico op zelfverwonding bij jongeren. Tot slot raadt het aan het Comité aan om voldoende middelen toe te kennen aan onderwijs, cultuur en jeugd in het Budget en de Programma’s voor Activiteiten voor de periode 2014-2015. |
| Summary: |
The Parliamentary Assembly recommends the Committee of Ministers urge the Steering Committee for Education Policy and Practice (CDPPE), in co-operation with the European Steering Committee for Youth (CDEJ) and the Advisory Council on Youth (CCJ) to take several measures in the area of education. The Assembly also recommends that the Committee of Ministers invite the Joint Council on Youth (CMJ) to develop policy measures aimed at reducing the risk of self-harm among young people. Finally, it recommends that the Committee of Ministers allocate sufficient resources to education, culture and youth in the Budget and the Programme of Activities for 2014-2015. |
