De prioriteit van dit project is het verkrijgen van cijfergegevens met betrekking tot jeugdparketten en jeugdrechtbanken. Op lange termijn is het doel om tot een geïntegreerde criminologische jeugdstatistiek te komen. Dit betekent een integratie van enerzijds de gegevens van jeugdparketten en jeugdrechtbanken en anderzijds de gegevens die op andere niveaus verzameld worden (onder andere op het niveau van de politie, de gemeenschappen, enz.). Dit project omvat twee luiken, namelijk het luik exploitatie en het luik productie. Binnen het luik van de exploitatie wordt geanalyseerd: de instroom van de jeugdparketten, de parketbeslissingen en de gegevens van de jeugdrechtbanken op lange termijn. Binnen het luik van de productie is het voornaamste doel om de bestaande registratie(systemen) te verbeteren. |
| Summary: |
The priority of this project is to obtain digital information regarding the youth district attorney and youth court. In the long run, the aim of this research is to come to an integrated criminological youth statistic, based on the integration of information from the youth district attorneys, the youth courts as well as information gathered on other levels (such as the police, the communities, etc.). This project consists of two main parts: exploitation and production. In the phase of exploitation, the inflow within the youth district attorneys, the decisions of the youth district attorneys and the long term information of the youth courts are analysed. Within the production phase, the objective is to improve the existing registration (systems). |
