Samenvatting:	In dit document analyseren de Belgische NGO’s de conformiteit van de Belgische wetgeving met het Verdrag inzake de Rechten van het Kind, alsook de mate waarin deze wetgeving wordt toegepast. Zo wordt geprobeerd een volledig beeld te krijgen van de manier waarop België het Verdrag in de praktijk brengt. Het rapport vult het Belgische gecombineerde derde en vierde periodieke rapport aan met ervaringen en informatie vanuit het perspectief van de NGO’s. Men gebruikt dezelfde structuur als in het landenrapport om verschillende maatregelen, verplichtingen, tekorten en successen aan te halen.
Summary:	In an attempt to create a complete picture of how Belgium translates the Convention on the Rights of the Child into practice, the Belgian NGOs in this report analyse the conformity of Belgian legislation with the CRC, as well as the extent to which this legislation is applied. The report complements the Belgian combined Third and Fourth Periodic Report to the Committee with experiences and information from the NGOs’ perspective. It follows the same structure as the State Report.
