Deze resolutie handelt over de internationale coöperatie tegen het wereldse drugsprobleem. Men staat onder andere stil bij het welzijn van de mensen en in het bijzonder bij kinderen, jongeren en hun families. Men kent een belangrijke rol toe aan preventiemaatregelen voor kinderen en jongeren. Men ondersteunt de rehabilitatie en de behandeling van jonge delinquenten en bevordert de reïntegratie in de samenleving. |
| Summary: |
This resolution deals with international cooperation against the world drug problem. This is one among other things reflect on the welfare of the people and especially children, adolescents and their families. It has an important role to prevention for children and young people. It supports the rehabilitation and treatment of young offenders and promotes reintegration into society. |
