Deze resolutie gaat over het belang van geletterdheid. Men is ervan overtuigd dat geletterdheid, zowel bij kinderen, jongeren en volwassenen, cruciaal is bij het verwerven van essentiële levensvaardigheden. Hierbij wordt het idee van lifelong learning ondersteund omdat dit een bijdrage levert tot de effectieve participatie in deze kennissamenleving en –economie van de 21ste eeuw. |

This resolution is about the importance of literacy, convinced that literacy is crucial in acquiring essential life skills for children, adolescents and adults.
