Dit verdrag handelt over technische en vocationele educatie. Allerlei relevante beleidsdocumenten komen hierbij aan bod. Onder andere artikel 23 en 26 van het universele verdrag inzake de Rechten van de Mens die gerelateerd is aan werk en onderwijs, het verdrag inzake discriminatie binnen onderwijs, de economische, sociale en culturele rechten en de burgerlijke en politieke rechten worden vernoemd. |

This convention is about technical and vocational education. Many relevant policy instruments are discussed in this convention. Articles 23 and 26 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights which relate to the right work and to education, the principles contained in the Convention against Discrimination in Education, the International Convenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights and the International Convenant on Civil and Political are among others mentioned. |
