Deze Verklaring bepaalt 6 beginselen die regeringen, NGOs en jeugdorganisaties moeten aangrijpen om de idealen van vrede, onderling respect en begrip tussen volkeren onder jonge mensen te promoten. De beginselen verwijzen in het bijzonder naar de rol van opvoeding, onderwijs en training, non-discriminatie, uitwisselingsprogramma’s en het gezin. |

This Declaration identifies 6 principles that governments, NGO’s and youth organisations should embrace to promote the ideals of peace, mutual respect and understanding between peoples among young people. The principles refer in particular to upbringing, education and training, non-discrimination, exchange opportunities, and the role of the family. |
