Het rapport tracht een gemeenschappelijk referentiekader te creëren voor onderzoek, enerzijds door het invoeren van voorwaarden om de emancipatoire natuur van mensenrechten te versterken, terwijl anderzijds ruimte wordt gelaten voor kritische reflectie vanuit een meer afgelegen benadering, waarbij deze emancipatoire ambitie in vraag wordt gesteld. Dit rapport is het resultaat van interdisciplinaire reflecties, waarbij het concept van de interdisciplinariteit zelf uitgebreid wordt besproken. Summary: This project researches the implementation and monitoring of children's rights as proclaimed by the CRC and other human rights instruments. The report aims to create a common reference frame for research, incorporating on the one hand the conditions to reinforce the emancipatory nature of human rights, while on the other hand leaving room for critical reflection in a more distant approach, questioning this emancipatory ambition. The report is the result of interdisciplinary reflections, with the concept of interdisciplinarity itself being discussed extensively.
