Deze richtlijnen zijn opgesteld om de EU+-lidstaten te ondersteunen bij de tenuitvoerlegging van de belangrijkste bepalingen en tegelijkertijd te zorgen voor een adequate levensstandaard voor niet-begeleide kinderen, waarbij rekening wordt gehouden met hun bijzondere opvangbehoeften. Dit document kan bijvoorbeeld dienen als kader voor de verdere ontwikkeling van de opvangnormen of het kan worden gebruikt door de autoriteiten en uitbaters van opvangvoorzieningen om de planning en het beheer van opvangvoorzieningen te ondersteunen, om te voorzien in adequate zorg die is afgestemd op specifieke behoeften en/of om het personeel en hun opleiding te ondersteunen. |
| Summary: |
This guidance is created to support EU+ States in the implementation of key provisions while ensuring an adequate standard of living for unaccompanied children that takes into account their special reception needs. This document serves many purposes, for example it can serve as a framework for setting further development of reception standards or it can be used by reception authorities/operators and specifically by those working with unaccompanied children to support the planning/running of reception facilities, to provide for adequate care according to specific needs and/or to support staff and their training. Therefore, the target group for this guidance on reception conditions for unaccompanied children are those working with unaccompanied children as well as policy-makers. |
