In dit document legt het Comité haar Slotbeschouwingen voor inzake de uitdagingen en verwezenlijkingen met betrekking tot de implementatie van het Verdrag in België. De verschillende onderdelen behandelen een aantal positieve factoren, belangrijke werkpunten, en suggesties en aanbevelingen. België dient vooral aandacht te besteden aan coördinatie en dataverzameling, het asielbeleid, non-discriminatie en jeugd(straf)recht.
In bijlage vindt men het initiële Belgische Rapport, de List of Issues van het Comité en de Slotbeschouwingen zelf. |
| Summary: |
In this document, the Committee presents its Concluding Observations on the challenges and achievements regarding Belgium’s implementation of the CRC. The different sections address positive factors, principal subjects of concern, and suggestions and recommendations. Belgium should pay particular attention to coordination and data collection, asylum policy, non-discrimination and juvenile justice.
Attached one finds the Belgian Initial State Report, the Committee’s List of Issues and the Concluding Observations themselves. |
