De 'Richtlijn Opvangvoorzieningen' bevat speciale garanties voor kleine en alleenstaande minderjarige asielzoekers - zie met name de overwegingen 9, 18, 22; Artikel 2 Definities, Artikel 14 Onderwijs aan minderjarigen, voorzieningen voor kwetsbare personen Artikel 21 Algemene beginselen en artikel 23 over minderjarigen. Het Verenigd Koninkrijk is gebonden aan de richtlijn 2003, DK en IE zijn gebonden aan geen van de twee. Alle andere lidstaten zijn gebonden aan beide richtlijnen (door de huidige tot de intrekking). |

The ‘Reception Conditions Directive’ includes special guarantees for minor and unaccompanied minor asylum seekers - see in particular Recitals 9, 18, 22; Article 2 Definitions, Article 14 Schooling and education of minors, Provisions for vulnerable persons Article 21 General principles and Article 23 on Minors. The UK is bound by the 2003 Directive, DK and IE are bound by neither of the two. All other Member States are bound by both Directives (by the current one until its repeal). |
