Samenvatting:	Deze beslissing bespreekt het Europees aanhoudingsbevel en de procedures van overlevering tussen de lidstaten. Artikel 3.3 omvat, als gronden tot verplichte niet-uitvoering van het Europees aanhoudingsbevel, gevallen waarin een kind jonger is dan de minimum leeftijd van strafrechtelijke aansprakelijkheid (MACR).
Summary:	This decision discusses the European arrest warrant and the surrender procedures between Member States. Article 3.3 includes, as grounds for mandatory non-execution of the European Arrest Warrant, cases where a child is below the minimum age of criminal responsibility (MACR).
