Door de Agenda voor Duurzame Ontwikkeling voor 2030 en haar 17 Duurzame Ontwikkeling Doelstellingen (SDG's) in 2015 te onderschrijven, bevestigde de wereldgemeenschap opnieuw haar inzet voor duurzame ontwikkeling. Door deze agenda, hebben 193 lidstaten zich ertoe verbonden om ervoor te zorgen dat duurzame en inclusieve economische groei, sociale en economische groei, sociale integratie, en milieubescherming, ter bevordering van vreedzame, rechtvaardige en inclusieve samenlevingen door middel van een nieuwe wereldwijd partnerschap gewaarborgd worden. |

By endorsing the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in 2015, the world community reaffirmed its commitment to Sustainable Development. Through this Agenda, 193 member states pledged to ensure sustained and inclusive economic growth, social inclusion, and environmental protection, fostering peaceful, just, and inclusive societies through a new global partnership. |
