Het eerste aanvullend protocol bij het EVRM voegt een aantal nieuwe fundamentele rechten toe aan de reeks die reeds door het moederverdrag beschermd wordt. Het gaat met name om het recht op ongestoord genot van eigendom, het recht op onderwijs en het recht op vrije verkiezingen door geheime stemming. |
