De regeringen van de lidstaten van de Raad van Europa worden aanbevolen om ervoor te zorgen dat kinderen en jongeren hun recht kunnen uitoefenen om gehoord te worden en om te participeren in besluitvorming over alle zaken die hen aangaan, waarbij aan hun mening passend belang geacht wordt in overeenstemming met hun leeftijd en rijpheid. De Annex bevat een aantal beginselen, en maatregelen m.b.t. volgende thema’s: het beschermen van het recht op participatie, het bevorderen van en informeren over participatie, en het creëren van ruimtes voor participatie. |
| Summary: |
The governments of the member States of the Council of Europe are recommended to ensure that all children and young people can exercise their right to be heard, and to participate in decision making in all matters affecting them, their views being given due weight in accordance with their age and maturity. The annex sets out some principles, and measures relating to the following themes: protecting the right to participate, promoting and informing about participation, and creating spaces for participation. |
