Dit verslag is ingediend op grond van de Algemene Vergadering resolutie 69/157. De rapporteur, Maud de Boer-Buquicchio, beschrijft de activiteiten, die na het vorige verslag plaatsvonden, in verband met de uitoefening van haar mandaat aan de Vergadering (A/69/262).
Ook legt ze een studie voor met een analyse van de effecten van de verhandeling en de seksuele uitbuiting van kinderen op de slachtoffers. Ook pleit ze voor de oprichting van uitgebreide, rechtengebaseerde en kindgerichte zorg, herstel- en re-integratieprogramma’s als onderdeel van een effectieve nationale bescherming van het kind. |
| Summary: |
The present report is submitted pursuant to General Assembly resolution 69/157. The Special Rapporteur, Maud de Boer-Buquicchio, describes the activities undertaken in relation to the discharge of her mandate since her previous report to the Assembly (A/69/262).
She also provides a study containing an analysis of the effects of the sale and sexual exploitation of children on child victims and advocates for the establishment of comprehensive, rights-based and child-centred care, recovery and reintegration programmes as part of effective national child protection systems. |
