Dit boek is het verslag van het colloquium waar het Nationaal Instituut voor Criminalistiek en Criminologie de eerste cijfers over de instroom van zaken op de jeugdparketten voorstelde. Het bevat een bespreking van de langzame implementatie van de informaticasystemen PJP en DUMBO, een instrument dat administratief beheer en ondersteuning van het strafrechtelijk beleid met elkaar verzoent. Daarnaast worden ook de gegevens met betrekking tot de instroom van het jaar 2005 in de “nieuwe” statistieken van de jeugdparketten geanalyseerd. Deze statistiek wordt ook belicht aan de hand van andere types van indicatoren. Ook de noodzaak om over kwantitatieve instrumenten te beschikken in de schoot van de parketten wordt onderzocht. Er wordt ook een blik geworpen op de verwante statistieken in Nederland en Frankrijk. |

This book is the report of the colloquium where the National Institute for Criminalistics and Criminology presented the first figures on the inflow of cases at the level of youth prosecutors. It contains a discussion of the slow implementation of the IT-systems PJP and DUMBO, an instrument that links administrative management and support to criminal policy. Also, data of the “new” statistics of the level of youth prosecutors for 2005 are analyzed. These statistics are also highlighted by using other types of indicators. The need for quantitative instruments at the level of youth prosecutors is also discussed. Lastly, a light is casted in the related statistics in the Netherlands and France. |
